I’m going to say it again, your number will always tell you what to do and what leavers you can pull to grow. 

If you’re not looking at your numbers on a regular basis, how are you going to know if you can afford to give your stylist a pay rise? Do you need to increase your prices? Should you be changing your products? What SHOULD you do next to move the needle in your business? 

These are decisions that shouldn’t be limited to once or twice a year… you should be reviewing and evaluating all the time!

And yes, at the end of the appointment we ask what they think and they say they love it and it’s perfect, but have you ever thought they just don’t want to offend you? That maybe they’re hoping if they can nudge you each appointment to go a little bit lighter or a little bit shorter that one day you will ACTUALLY give them what they want?

We rode the wave of trying to manage a growing team, and navigating a shift in lifestyle demands as well as increased challenges in attracting & hiring new team members!

You were able to ditch the masks in the Salon and greet your clients and team as normal. Events and industry awards were able to be held, and so many Salon Owners were able to reconnect with each other again! How good did it feel to be able to have a hug again?!
