I remember when I didn’t know I should say ‘no’, or that I could say ‘no’ to things!
It never crossed my mind to say ‘no’ or that I couldn’t fit it all in – I just kept going and adding more and more to my never-ending to-do list!
And as a business owner and a mother, you get LOTS of requests… so you need to know your limits. Even during this crazy time in the world, our time is as precious as ever. What we spend our time on reflects our priorities.
I used to think that I was Superwoman, but really I was a stressed-out maniac who was letting people down left, right and center!
What I didn’t realise then, that luckily I know now, is that you need to learn to say ‘no’ in order to truly be successful.
But it’s not always that easy! In this podcast, I’ll share my tips to help you learn to say ‘no’ more often, and in turn, become more successful!
