Meet Larissa & The Coaches

After years of frustration in my own Salon, I fought my way to Salon success through grit, determination, trial & error and built a thriving Multi Million Salon.

I saw my fellow Salon Owners working themselves to the bone, not making enough money to give them a lifestyle they could enjoy... I used to be that person once, and I felt a need to help.

I realised through what I had learned I had the knowledge and experience to help other business owners like you get your time back.

So, I created The Salon Mastery Program to empower Salon Owners to fully step into their role as Salon CEOs — bold leaders who build and inspire Rockstar Teams, drive their business to smash sales targets, generate unstoppable profits, and attract and retain dream clients with ease.

I developed the business structure, framework and resources that scaled my Salon to Multi-Million Dollar status, and grew my team from 2 to 30!

After a successful Exit, I started teaching these proven strategies to burned-out but motivated salon owners like you. The Salon Mastery Program was Born.

I discovered that I love helping Salon Owners Master their Inner Salon CEO by implementing a 9-Part Strategic Roadmap to grow their business and scale their teams. I want to bring the expertise I've learned to you and other Salon Owners like you.

I believe that in order to truly achieve a life of Freedom & Profit, you must first fully step into your role as Salon CEO.

That's exactly what I did… and you can do it too!

Have you ever felt like this?

I  loved being creative with my clients and when I realised I could exercise that creativity by running my business, I got addicted to ‘doing’ business

So I worked hard for my clients and hard for my team… but often, in the early days, I was the busiest stylist and while the others sat in the back room… and I brought in the most money while taking the least home…

 

I was afraid to let my clients down.
I was afraid to not be seen as working hard & as a leader for my team.

 

I was afraid to make more wages and get paid more than those that worked for me.  I didn’t know what I should be doing to grow my business and how to help my team grow…

At times I often felt so overwhelmed that I’d want to sell and ‘just get out’.. but even the thought of that was just too much to put myself through.

 

I took on a business coach who offered to ‘break my arms’ so I could get off the floor and spend the time growing my business. As horrified as I was, it was good advice. But I didn't know what on earth to spend this ‘new-time’ on? What would I do?

 

As I started to work ON my business and not in it, the time freed me up to get creative, I started to make more money and I evolved from tired and overworked and got my passion for my business back.

 

Owning and running a Salon is hard...

The newfound time and creativity allowed me to find new opportunities for the business and over time, each subsequent day I took off the salon's floor I not only made more revenue but also made more profit.

 

I started to find new ideas to grow the business and I had the time to invest in and train, encourage and build the team to earn more and do better than I did. I had the time to create training programs, Client care programs and time to properly set budgets and focus on creating a sustainable business that would care for clients, staff and myself equally.

 

The year after I had my first baby (2006) I came back to clients only ½ day each week. And by  2010- the year I had my second baby, and never came back to clients again!


But something interesting happened... The business increased its revenue year on year, the less I served clients and the more I worked ON the Business... closing in on $2 Million and I enjoyed its largest profit to date!

 

It was living proof that the more I worked ON my business, the better it performed.  I loved creating and developing a business and helping others succeed. I had realised my dream: I was being a creative entrepreneur and no longer just working hour upon hour to make ends meet.

 

Now I help Salon Owners & Industry Leaders design and build a business of Freedom & Profit through Business Software, tools, Courses, Community and Growth Roadmap and Coaching.
