I want to make sure that you’re scheduling in self-care time now.
In this episode of my Christmas Pop-Up Podcast, I’m going to share with you my best ideas for easy self-care at this busy time of the year.
It could be an hour, half a day or a full day. This could be every week from now until Christmas break… or this could be just once between now and then. Just ensure it is scheduled in now so you know it’ll happen (outside of salon hours).
