When Christmas gets cray-cray, it can often result in a domino effect.

The Salon is so busy, that your usual standards can start slipping away. 

This includes lacking great customer service, not delivering what the client really wants and needs (instead just giving what they booked in for… or even less than that), your team being over-booked and stressed, clients who are over-committed (time-wise and financially)… the list goes on!

But this does not make a smart business. Instead, you need to SLOW down, to speed up and nail Christmas sales without compromising the sanity of you, your team, or your clients.
