Running a Salon is hard. You’re juggling all of these balls and you feel like you can’t catch a break because if you do,  all of the balls will hit the ground! And although there are times when we can add another ball without any problem, sometimes we just need to stop, pick the balls up and start again. 

And that’s ok!

It can be scary going from lots of growth with a full appointment book to seeing the numbers and thinking ‘how am I supposed to pay my team’.  But, you never know where the next opportunity lies…

You can have an incredible team, and great clients, get paid well, and do what you love, all whilst not overworking…

Although in this new chapter, a lot is changing, it doesn’t need to be a challenge – it’s an opportunity. 

We just need to focus on what we can control.
